Have fun with earth, space and flowers (and train your mind and discover the richness of the present moment) in this introduction to contemplative flower arranging led by longtime Kootenay Shambhala Centre member and ikebana enthusiast Gala Sly. Everyone is welcome.

Materials fee: $5

Please bring "found" flowers and branches and, if you want to take your arrangements home with you, containers and kenzans as well.
