Monday Night Open House

Mondays, 7–9pm | Open to all | Free

Our popular drop-in Open House offers an introduction to meditation, the Shambhala teachings and our community, as well as an opportunity for group meditation practice and socializing. Tuesday Night Meditation

Tuesdays, 7–8pm | Open to all | Free

Join us for drop-in group meditation practice. Periods of sitting alternate with brief periods of walking. Sessions start and end with chants. We provide meditation cushions, benches and chairs. Come and go as you like.

Wednesday Noon Meditation

Wednesdays, 12–1pm | Open to all | Free

Join us for drop-in group meditation practice. Periods of sitting alternate with brief periods of walking. Sessions start and end with chants. We provide meditation cushions, benches and chairs. Come and go as you like.

Friday Noon Meditation

Fridays, 12–1pm | Open to all | Free

Sunday Morning Meditation

Sundays, 9am–12pm | Open to all | Free

Join us for drop-in group meditation practice. Periods of sitting alternate with brief periods of walking. Sessions start and end with chants and include mid-morning refreshments. We provide meditation cushions, benches and chairs. Come and go as you like.
