Monday Night Open House

Mondays, 7–9pm | Open to all | Free

Learn to meditate. Practice in a supportive group setting. Explore mindfulness and other aspects of wakeful life. Connect with people who share your interest. We provide meditation cushions, benches and chairs. Come and go as you like. For more detail see our Monday Night Open House page.

Tuesday Evening Meditation

Tuesdays, 7-8 pm | Open to all | Free

Join us for drop-in meditation practice. Periods of sitting alternate with brief periods of walking. Sessions start and end with chants. We provide meditation cushions, benches and chairs. Come and go as you like

Wednesday Noon Meditation

Wednesdays, 12–1pm | Open to all | Free

Join us for drop-in meditation practice. Periods of sitting alternate with brief periods of walking. Sessions start and end with chants. We provide meditation cushions, benches and chairs. Come and go as you like

Sunday Morning Meditation

Sundays, 9am–12pm | Open to all | Free

Join us for drop-in meditation practice. Periods of sitting alternate with brief periods of walking. Sessions start and end with chants and typically include short contemplations. We provide meditation cushions, benches and chairs. Come and go as you like.
