Shambhala Sadhana Schedule

Every month around the time of the full moon, all members are invited to join together at the centre to practice the Shambhala Sadhana. This is a practice composed by the Sakyong as a way to celebrate and strengthen our understanding of basic goodness and enlightened society. It is also an opportunity to get to know our sangha members as friends and bring together our vision with a sense of delight.

Happening every Saturday nearest to the full moon, each Sadhana begins at 5PM and is followed by a light potluck at 6PM for those who wish to attend. Below is a list of Shambhala Sadhana dates for 2018:
